Built Great by Advenate™ Limited Warranty:

Advenate products are covered by a two-year warranty, starting from the date of purchase. Advenate warrants that all our products are built for their intended use and free of manufacturing defects in material or faults due to poor workmanship. If you experience that your Advenate product is delivered with, or has developed a defect, please reach out to us at:

to receive a Return Authorization Number (RA) before returning any goods in order to avoid unnecessary postage fees. You will be required to provide photos of the issue your are experiencing and proof of purchase from an authorized Advenate dealer in order to file a warranty claim.

In order to further push the need for more practical long-term sustainability in our precious world, Advenate NA will repair or replace any product that legitimately fail due to a clear manufacture defect. As a valued consumer and lover of the natural environments we play in we hope you use your judgment when assessing whether your gear is likely to be covered under our “Built Great by Advenate"™ Limited Warranty. We do not cover products that no longer work due to normal wear and tear. Wear and tear is damage that naturally and inevitably occurs as a result of normal use as designed. Moving parts will wear out and fabrics will deteriorate and colors fade over time. And while we select the best environmentally friendly materials available for the application, all materials will degrade over time with use and exposure to the elements. If after assessment, Advenate determines your gear has exceeded its reasonable lifetime and determines the returned product ineligible for warranty repair or replacement, we will contact you to discuss available options we may have for you. Advenate will repair or replace at its discretion any manufacturing defect in these products free of charge.

The “Built Great by Advenate”™ Limited Warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, accident (lost /stolen), combat damage, improper care or cleaning, non standard usage or negligence. Product must be purchased from an authorized Advenate dealer and should be returned to us for evaluation. Advenate offers a repair service in addition to product replacement for damaged products. As long as it is reasonably possible and the repairs will not compromise performance of the product, our preference is always to repair your damaged gear.

The process

Please take the item to your Advenate dealer or send it to your online dealer. Please ensure you include your proof of purchase. This is required in order to prove your warranty entitlement. If you purchased your item abroad, please contact your Advenate retailer in your country. Don’t forget your proof of purchase! For legal reasons, claims must always be processed where the contract of sale and transfer of merchandise was concluded.
